Instructions for Data Sharing

Register in the Customer Portal

Go to the homepage of Salzburg Netz GmbH: https://salzburgnetz.at/ and click on 'Login' in the top right corner. You will then be prompted to log in to the
portal.

Please have your login details (email address & password) ready for this.
If you do not yet have an active customer account, please register under “Register now” and follow the instructions of the registration process. Should you encounter any problems during registration, our customer service will be happy to assist you via the free service hotline 0800-660 661.

Log in to the Customer Portal

If you are already registered, log in with your email and password and click on Login.

Grant Data Sharing

Please click on the menu item “DATA SHARING” in the top right.

Now you will see an overview of your data requests and sharing permissions.

Select the"ALL"or "OPEN"checkbox in the upper-left corner. You should now see a request with the status "open" in the list.

Then click the“Join”button.

A message will appear again stating that by confirming, you are now officially joining an energy community. Click “Join.”

In your "Data Requests and Releases" overview, the status has now changed to "CONFIRMED." Here, you can view a sample of the contract documents you have just approved or, if you wish, download them.

Done!

  • The energy data can now be exchanged between you and the ENERGY COMMUNITY AUSTRIA.
