On September 1, 2026, the new Berg-Bad-Bus will begin service in the municipalities of Bad Kleinkirchheim, Reichenau, and Gnesau. FAMILY OF POWER will manage the day-to-day operations of the new micro-public-transport service, thereby continuing its commitment to flexible mobility solutions in rural areas.
The new Berg-Bad-Bus replaces the former Nockmobil and complements the region’s existing public transportation system. This on-demand service is available to locals and visitors year-round and connects approximately 320 stops in Bad Kleinkirchheim, Reichenau, and Gnesau. It also serves stops in Feld am See, Himmelberg, Radenthein, and Sirnitz.
Three vehicles are available for service, including one electric vehicle. Rides are offered on a flexible basis by prior reservation and do not follow a fixed schedule.
Flexible Mobility on Demand
Passengers can book their desired trip from stop to stop. For passengers with limited mobility, a door-to-stop or stop-to-door service is also available.
Reservations can be made via the Postbus Shuttle app ( App Store or Google Play), by phone (+43 699 1612 0066), or through regional partner companies. Rides can be reserved up to 30 days in advance.
The Berg-Bad Bus runs daily from 6:15 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

FAMILY OF POWER is expanding its activities in the field of micro-public transportation with the launch of the Berg-Bad-Bus. Through POWER TAXI , FAMILY OF POWER is already active in various regions with demand-responsive mobility services.
The goal is to create flexible transportation options, particularly in areas where traditional public transportation can only be provided to a limited extent due to settlement patterns, distance, or demand.
Together with the state of Carinthia, the participating municipalities, and other project partners, FAMILY OF POWER is thus supporting the development of easily accessible and needs-based mobility in the Nock region.
