Our Car Sharing

Simple and practical

We take care of everything else, such as insurance, toll stickers, maintenance, and so on. Plus, you’ll always be driving in an eco-friendly and virtually silent manner.

In total,more than 70 FAMILY e-Carsharing vehicles—each equipped with its own charging station and powered by 100% green electricity—are available at numerous locations across the states of Carinthia, Salzburg, Upper Austria, Styria, and Tyrol.

Affordable rate

We offer a simple and fair pricing structure with attractive rates per hour of rental. The amounts due are easily collected via a SEPA direct debit authorization, so there is no additional effort on your part.

Cost transparency is important to us. That's why you can download a preview of your bill at any time from your online profile.

The PLUS plan includes 6 hours and 15 minutes of e-car sharing usage per month for a compact car or 5 hours for a crossover SUV. Each additional hour is charged at €3.84 / €4.80. Minimum contract term is 12 months. The plan automatically renews for one year unless canceled in advance.
Rates valid for registrations on or after November 1, 2021. Prices include green electricity, insurance, a vignette, and maintenance.

Pay a one-time fee of €12 for a PRIVATE membership or €120 for a BUSINESS membership.
There is also a one-time car-sharing activation fee of €12. This includes activation of your
card for use of our vehicles and a brief vehicle orientation.

PRIVATE Membership

Upon registering as a PRIVATE member, individuals purchase a single PRIVATE share at a par value of €12. (plus a one-time e-car-sharing activation fee of €12)

PRIVATE members use services such as FAMILY e-car sharing or e-car rentals on eco-social terms.

There are no ongoing membership fees, and liability is limited to the par value of the purchased share.

BUSINESS Membership

When registering as a BUSINESS member, companies purchase a single BUSINESS share at a par value of €120. (plus a one-time e-car-sharing activation fee of €12)

BUSINESS members can use services such as FAMILY e-car sharing or e-car rentals under eco-social terms. For example, FAMILY e-car sharing can also be used by all company employees or all guests of tourism businesses as part of the BUSINESS membership.

There are no ongoing membership fees, and liability is limited to the par value of the purchased share.

Affordable & flexible

The affordable rates include vehicle use, liability and comprehensive insurance, service, tires, and a vignette. The on-site representative is your point of contact; they will provide a brief orientation and give you the card needed to use our vehicles.
These low rates are based on 5 advertising partnerships at €110 net per month per advertising space (door, hood, rear). The term for the operation of the e-car and the advertising partnership is 48 months.
The number of e-car-sharing users is open-ended and flexible.

4.5% stake

Support the growth of FAMILY Car Sharing!

Your funding will make it possible to introduce additional e-car-sharing vehicles at new locations.

Support can be provided either through investments in shares of FAMILY OF POWER or through advertising space rental partnerships.

Under the“4.5% FAMILY e-Carsharing 2024–2029”financing program, for example, €9,600 for each electric vehicle is financed through the purchase of 80 shares in FAMILY OF POWER, each priced at €120, with a term of 48 months and a 4.5% dividend.
