Instructions for Data Sharing

Register in the Customer Portal
Go to the homepage of TINETZ-Tiroler Netze GmbH https://www.tinetz.at/ and click on “Customer Portal” in the top right corner.
If you do not yet have login details for your customer portal, you must first register.
Follow the registration process. Please have your customer number and contract account number ready. If you encounter any problems, please contact
TINETZ-Tiroler Netze GmbH Customer Service at +43 (0)50708 190.
Log in to the Customer Portal
If you are already registered, you can log in with your username and password.
Grant Data Sharing
Now scroll all the way down in your customer portal.
Grant Data Sharing
In the “Data Sharing” window, click on “Requests”.
You will now see a window with open data requests. Now confirm the data request and follow the on-screen instructions.
After successful data sharing, you will see the confirmed data sharing in the “Ongoing Shares” tab.
Done!
- The energy data can now be exchanged between you and the ENERGY COMMUNITY AUSTRIA.
