Instructions for Data Sharing

Register in the Customer Portal
Visit the homepage of Stadtwerke Klagenfurt AG - Energie Klagenfurt GmbH https://www.stw.at/ and click on “Login” in the top right corner.
If you do not yet have login details for your customer portal, you must first register. Please follow the registration process. Should you encounter any issues, please contact the customer service of Stadtwerke Klagenfurt AG at +43 463 521-880 or servicecenter@stw.at.
You can find your customer number, for example, on your last invoice.
Log in to the Customer Portal
Log in to the customer portal with your email or customer number and your password.
Grant Data Sharing
Once you are logged in, click on the login symbol in the top right and then on “Customer Data”.
Alternatively, click on the window below “to your customer, energy, and consumption data”.
Then click on “Data Sharing”.
Click on “Accept”.
A new window will appear.
Check the box to agree to the Additional Agreement to the Grid Access Contract. Check the box to agree to Data Sharing.
Click on “Save”
You will now see the active data sharing for your metering point.
- Done! The energy data can now be exchanged between you and the ENERGY COMMUNITY AUSTRIA.
- If you have registered multiple metering points, you can select them in the upper, grey-highlighted dropdown menu. Data sharing must be confirmed separately for each metering point.
