Just in time for the cycling season, the Postbus Shuttle Südkärnten is expanding its services to include a flexible, on-demand bike transport option. Starting July 1, passengers can conveniently reserve space for their bikes when booking the shuttle—ideal for trips along the Drau Cycle Paths or to the many recreational and tourist destinations in South Carinthia.
Bicycle transport is available through September 27, Fridays through Sundays and on holidays, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Up to eight bicycles can be transported per trip.
The cost for transporting a bicycle is €5 per bicycle (in addition to the regular fare and comfort surcharge). You can easily make a reservation via the Postbus Shuttle app or by phone through the Postbus customer service offices. All regular stops on the Postbus Shuttle South Carinthia route are also available for bicycle transport.
