Since the end of June, the new Postbus Shuttle Southern Carinthia has officially been in operation — an innovative micro public transport service that flexibly complements public transport in the municipalities of St. Kanzian, Eberndorf, Feistritz ob Bleiburg, and Bleiburg.
POWER TAXI is pleased to be involved in the implementation of this project as a regional operator, together with Postbus and the State of Carinthia. Our task is to ensure daily operations and to provide a reliable service for locals and visitors to the region, leveraging our experience in on-demand mobility.
The shuttle can be conveniently booked via an app and takes passengers directly to their destination, regardless of fixed timetables — whether to Kühnsdorf-Klopeiner See train station, Lake Klopein, or more remote districts. People with limited mobility also benefit from the home pick-up service.
The project is financed by the State of Carinthia with 750,000 euros annually and is initially planned for five years. For POWER TAXI, this project represents another step towards actively shaping sustainable mobility in the region and making micro public transport services available for daily life and tourism.
